TM Borchers and Partners was founded in Cape Town, South Africa, by Dr Trevor Borchers in 1979, making it the oldest urology practice in the Western Cape. With five full time partners and one semi-retired partner, it is also one of the largest urology practices in the country.

We offer a comprehensive service encompassing all urological procedures and sub-disciplines. We have full time consulting rooms located in Kingsbury, Constantiaberg and Vincent Pallotti hospitals, where we also provide Urology cover to the Emergency units and our patients at 365 days a year.
