TM Borchers and Partners was founded in Cape Town, South Africa, by Dr Trevor Borchers in 1979, making it the oldest urology practice in the Western Cape. With five full time partners and one semi-retired partner, it is also one of the largest urology practices in the country.

We offer a comprehensive service encompassing all urological procedures and sub-disciplines. We have full time consulting rooms located in Life Kingsbury, Mediclinic Constantiaberg, Life Vincent Pallotti and Mediclinic Cape Town hospitals, where we also provide Urology cover to the Emergency units and our patients 365 days a year.
